I ordered from vidaXL.com the biggest issue for me was the communication. I got the order confirmation right away, so at first I thought everything was fine, but then there was just... nothing for a while. Maybe I was expecting updates too soon, I’m not sure, but the tracking info came late and I ended up having to contact them myself to ask what was going on. The item did arrive in the end, so I can’t say it was a total disaster or anything. It was just annoying not knowing if it had actually shipped or when it was supposed to show up. Customer service did reply, but the answer felt a bit vague and didn’t really clear things up much. Overall, not the worst experience I’ve had, and maybe I was overthinking it a bit, but I do think their communication could be a lot better.

That said, once I started putting it together, the quality felt a lot cheaper than I expected for the price. The material is quite thin, some of the screws didn’t line up properly, and after only a short time using it, it already looks a bit worn. I wasn’t expecting a luxury piece, but I did think it would hold up better. On the plus side, it still does the job for now, but I don’t think I’d buy from them again

I bought a garden storage box from vidaXL it looked good when it first showed up. Putting it together was fiiine, nothing too complicated or frustrating. But after a few weeks of being outside, the plastic started to bend a bit and one of the corners cracked. It just doesn’t really feel like it can handle normal weather very well. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for the price, I was definitely expecting it to be a bit more durable

I’ll be honest, the design is really nice and I’m 100% sure that’s the best part about it. It looks good and fits in well, no question there. But it absolutely could be sturdier. It doesn’t feel terrible, but I can definitely tell it’s not as solid as it should be.
